Vermeer Amsterdam is the restaurant of Michelin-starred chef Chris Naylor. Every day in the kitchen of Vermeer, the British chef experiments with the products that he receives from local farmers. This results in robust dishes with pure and clean flavours. Vermeer offers a simple choice between four, five and six courses. The ingredients are all seasonal, so the dishes vary daily. The Sommelier has selected 40 top wines, all specially chosen to compliment your menu. For the wine connoisseur there is also a very well-stocked wine cellar, representing the very best from the world of wine. The kitchen is best described as Chris’ culinary laboratory. In the course of the creative process, Chris and his team transform everyday ingredients into complex dishes with pure and vigorous flavours.
